Frequently asked questions
How much does the app cost?
The app is included with your gym membership. Ask the front desk about membership plans.
Do I need a trainer?
It's not required, but we recommend one. When you sign up you can pick an approved trainer or decide later.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Use it in the browser or install it on your home screen (iPhone and Android). There's also a mobile app.
Are my progress photos private?
Yes. Only you and the staff who coach you can see them; they are never public.
How does QR check-in work?
Your QR code is in the app. Show it at the front desk, they scan it and your attendance is recorded.
Can I cancel a class?
Yes, from the app. Cancelling too close to start time counts as a late cancellation and your spot goes to the waitlist.
